Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means if you need to cancel less than 24-hours before the class starts you will need to provide a valid reason, and contact us directly to cancel. Any cancellations before 24-hours will not be charged, and you will get that class back!
Pet Policy
While we do have our studio mascots Neeko, Auri, and Milo, who will frequently be at the studio to welcome you, we ask that you contact us before bringing your own pet to the studio. Our mascots can sometimes have anxiety around new animals, so bringing your own furry friend will have to be determined on a case-by-case basis!
Waitlists
When our classes are filled to capacity, you will be able to add yourself to a waitlist. If and when a spot opens up, you will receive an automated email letting you know you made it into the class, and have been automatically added. If you are added, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as if you had been able to sign up originally.
Refunds and Transfers
Unfortunately, no refunds for missed or late-cancelled classes are given. We count on a minimum number of students to run a class, and if our instructors make an effort to be there on time, we expect the same courtesy from our students.
In the case of illness or emergency, we will do our best to transfer or add a class back to your pass, with a valid doctor’s note. Cancelled classes will be fully returned to your pass as an unused class.
Age Requirements
The minimum age to attend a class is 16 years, and if you are under the age of 18, we will require a Parental Consent form to be provided by your legal guardian. On your first class, we ask that you and your parent or legal guardian both attend in person so that we can fill out the required paperwork. Please let us know before signing up that you are under the age of majority.
Late Policy
We ask that you arrive on time for class, ready and dressed to go! If you are running late, please try to give us a heads up, and be-prepared for an extra-intense warm-up on your arrival to catch up.
Strict No-Alcohol Policy
No Alcohol or other intoxicating substances are permitted to be brought onto studio grounds. If you arrive at class intoxicated, you will not be permitted to remain, and no refunds will be given. Your safety, and the safety of all our students is our priority.
Photos and Videos during classes
We welcome and even suggest you film and take photos of your progress during your class. However, we ask that you be respectful of other students’ personal preferences, and be aware of those caught in frame of your videos. Please ask permission of those around before filming them or having them in your shot.
If you wish to film your instructor, please ask them before doing so. Not all instructors are comfortable being filmed.
Studio Expectations and Etiquette
- Please do not touch the rigging without express permission from your instructor.
- Please be respectful of our instructors and their years of dedication. We ask that you do not spend class time or open gym time instructing other students. Friendly advice is acceptable and encouraged, but please don’t teach other students.
- Please come to class with clean hands and feet – respect the equipment and each other!
- Please ask before hopping onto any apparatus – some students have permission to bring their own equipment!
- NO ZIPPERS. Please don’t wear any clothing with zippers, as these can damage the fabric or tape on the equipment. If you are unable to remove these articles of clothing, we will be taping you up.
- NO JEWELLERY! Metal hooks and clasps can get caught in our fabrics and damage hoop tape. Our equipment is very expensive to replace, and any tears will result in the fabric being unusable. Please be respectful of the studio, and remove all jewellery and watches before classes start.
- Ask before filming if others are caught in your shot.
- Please respect the space, respect the equipment, and be respectful to each other and your instructors.
